Care Hours and Location

Care Hours for Personal Training

Do you have time only early in the morning for Personal Training? Your commitments are constantly changing? You are able to plan only week-by-week? Sometimes you have 60 minutes, sometimes an hour and a half, two hours at other times for Personal Training? The services of Personal Trainer Pascal Bollmann are generally available between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. from Mondays to Saturdays. You don’t have to make compromises. Pascal Bollmann will accommodate your needs and wishes whenever possible.

Personal Traner Pascal Bollmann offers his Personal Training services at Personal Training Gym in Freienbach SZ in air-conditioned training facilities. Just minutes from Wollerau, Wilen, Schindellegi / Feusisberg, Pfäffikon SZ, Bäch, Hurden, Rapperswil, Altendorf, Richterswil and Greater Area of Zurich.

Personal Training (PT) @TheOpenGym

In addition to the so-called skill sessions, we also offer Personal Training at TheOpenGym (formerly CrossFit Freienbach) through the personal trainers coached by Pascal Bollmann. Here you can train on our professionally equipped, generous training area with two separate training floors. The training is from the beginning customized to your individual needs.

TheOpenGym (formerly CrossFit Freienbach) is one of the most modern equippedfunctional gyms, with e.g. 5.37m high training rooms, 2 training floors with all CrossFit & HYROX equipment for beginners to CrossFit and HYROX professionals, light-flooded rooms, professional lighting and spacious locker rooms with 2 showers each. The 400m athletics track&field and the Vita-Parcours is ideal for an excellent Personal Training. The complementary 24/7/365 concept is unique. Your Personal Training care is unlimited!
