General Terms & Conditions

All services of Move4Health AG are subject in their entirety to these conditions, unless they have been changed or supplemented by written agreement.


1.    General terms

Service by Move4Health AG generally lasts one hour (55 minutes); in the case of a longer duration, a charge will be made on a percentage basis in 15-minute increments. For the sake of reliable planning, please request sessions at least one week in advance. Single sessions can be counted towards the subscription within the next two training sessions. Please arrive punctually, so that efficient and effective training in pursuit of your individual goals can be guaranteed (and because delays are taken from your time).


2.    Prices and terms of payment

In the case of a subscription, the entire amount is to be transferred with a payment slip, or paid in cash, 10 days after commencement of the first training session. Other versions (e.g., single training sessions or lactate threshold tests) are paid in cash on the day of training. The listed prices are to be understood as exclusive of VAT and expenses (gasoline / travel time), though travel time is not charged. Also not included in the price is rent for local facilities (gymnasiums, fitness centres, indoor pools, sports complexes, etc.). So that no costs accrue to you, and to avoid use of the so-called session cards, I ask that cancellations for Pascal Bollmann training sessions be made no later than 36 hours before the appointed time (exception: illness and accidents).


3.    Health questionnaire

The health questionnaire with your health information and your goals must be filled in its entirety out at the very beginning. This is mandatory for the protection of Move4Health AG. The more personal information I have from you, the more individualized, efficient and effective the training can be designed to be. As a personal trainer and kinesitherapist (NVS A-Member) I engage myself to maintain professional confidentiality.


4.    Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.


5.    Signing of the agreement

This agreement becomes legally binding when marked with a cross and signed by both parties. The General Terms & Conditions of Move4Health AG are acknowledged thereby.

6.    Explanation of the session card

If a Pascal Bollmann training session is not cancelled in time, a session card is used up. If session cards are not used in this way, they can be used for an additional PT session. But you may also, for example, give a session card to an interested party of your acquaintance.


7.    Lactate test process, inclusive of Tanita body fat analysis

• On a bicycle ergometer or a treadmill
• Measurement of the intensity of the resting lactate value until the anaerobic threshold is reached (4 mmol/l)
• Includes cost of materials, consultation and written evaluation
• Duration: 60 minutes


8.    Explanation of the half-day/daily all-inclusive

Personal training (strength / endurance training, hiking, biking) with in-depth consultation or, for example, carving (snowboarding), skiing in combination with health and athletic advice or on a holiday sojourn, etc.


9.    Bonus

For referring a new customer (subscription), you will be rewarded with a Pascal Bollmann credit voucher worth CHF 100.00 (you can also transfer the article voucher as a gift to another person, for example).


10.     Gym Solutions as an additional service of Move4Health AG

For Gym Solutions whose terms and conditions apply. The Move4Health AG offers professional fitness room concepts for private individuals, companies and hotels. We are partners of the leading professional and home appliance manufacturers. Our offer also includes quality products ranging from fitness and home appliances, heart rate monitors, muscle stimulation, nutrition & health care products and body fat analyzers. As a personal training client, you benefit from special conditions, such as 15% discount on all Sponser products.


11.     Miscellaneous

If you can no longer use a subscription (illness or accident), you may receive the service at a later time or transfer it to another person. No training sessions from a subscription will be refunded in cash.


12.    Legal venue and applicable law

The legal venue for Move4Health AG is its principal place of business. Swiss Law is applicable.

    Personal Training is a comprehensive program of training individually tailored to your needs, desires and goals. Personal training can be one-to-one or one-to-many.

  • Where do I go to obtain services from Pascal Bollmann (Move4Health AG)? Open or Close

    Pascal Bollmann offers his personal training services at his Personal Training Gym in Freienbach SZ (100m2 PT-Area, 200m2  TheOpenGym). Just minutes from Wollerau, Wilen, Schindellegi / Feusisberg, Pfäffikon SZ, Bäch, Hurden, Rapperswil, Altendorf, Richterswil and Greater Area of Zurich.

    In addition, as a PT client, you can benefit from the unique 24h OpenGym concept - powered by Move4Health AG. So, if you are interested, you have the opportunity to practice the exercises taught independently until the next PT appointment.

     
  • When can I have personal training? Open or Close

    You can request my personal training services generally between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. from Mondays to Saturdays:

    • Do you only have time early in the morning?
    • Are your commitments constantly changing?
    • You are able to plan only week-by-week?
    • Do you sometimes have 60 minutes, sometimes an hour and half, two hours at other times?


    You don't need to compromise any more. I will accommodate your needs and wishes wherever possible. Flexibility is one of the strengths of Move4Health AG. It sets our services apart. As your personal trainer I will, naturally, point out the advantages and disadvantages in relation to your goals and training plans.

  • How often should I take Personal Training? Open or Close

    The frequency of personal training should be tailored to your individual needs and goals, always taking the training intensity into account.

    In my almost 24 years as an independent personal trainer, it has been shown that personal training twice a week for around 4 months has achieved very good results for people who were previously less active.

    I serve several PT clients with different training frequencies: some train once a week, others 2-3 times a week, or even almost daily. Still other PT clients train independly in TheOpenGym, at home or outside and use a PT session every 2-4 week to check their progress and gain additional motivation for their independent training.

  • What is the "right" intensity for me when it comes to endurance training? Open or Close

    Optimization through lactate threshold test:

    The right training intensity is crucial to strengthen the cardiovascular system, muscles, immune system, endocrine system and central nervous system without risking overtraining and exhaustion. A lactate level test that measures lactic acid concentration in capillary blood allows for precise adjustment of training, nutrition and recovery. This individual adjustment ensures that regeneration is maximized and health levels are optimized.

    Training must be balanced:

    Training that is too intensive can lead to overtraining, susceptibility to infections, and stagnation and decline in performance. Heart rate formulas based on statistical averages are often not customized and can lead to incorrect training. The lactate level test offers an individual solution to avoid such problems.

    How lactate threshold test works:

    Measuring the lactate concentration provides information about the energy supply processes currently used in the muscle, such as fat and carbohydrate burning as well as anaerobic glycolysis, which produces lactic acid. With increasing intensity, the proportion of anaerobic energy supply increases, which leads to an increase in lactic acid concentration and requires appropriate training adjustments.

    Recommendation for lactate threshold test:

    For recreational athletes, it is recommended to perform a lactate level test at least once a year, ideally every six months. In elite sport, tests are common every 3 to 4 months in order to make training adjustments and detect overtraining in good time.

    Benefits of the lactate threshold test:

    The lactate level test enables individual determination of training intensity based on the measured lactic acid. This leads to more precise and faster training progress than general heart rate formulas and supports healthier and more efficient performance development.

  • What happens during our initial contact? Open or Close

    Our first Contact will be devoted to getting to know one another, and to an interview in which I gather your personal data as well as information on your physical condition. A comparison of wishes and conditions enables the personal trainer to formulate realistic training goals that you will then be able to achieve together in a motivated and enjoyable way.

    So that we may make optimal use of our time right from the beginning, please print out this health questionnaire, fill it out and bring it with you.

    The half-hour initial consultation, in which we discuss our prospective work together and get to know one another, is free of charge. Further consultation will be billed as a percentage of the hourly rate according to the price list. In the past, it has proven worthwhile to combine the initial consultation with a lactate threshold test.
